Refund Policy

Last Updated: 01/01/2024

At Creetos, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality web development, SaaS solutions, and content creation services. However, due to the custom nature of our work, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our services involve custom work tailored to your specific needs and requirements. Once work commences, resources and time are dedicated to your project, including planning, development, and potentially content creation. These initial stages involve converting your vision into a project roadmap and require significant investment of our expertise.

Consumer Protection and Transparency

We understand that Ontario has consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (CPA). However, an exception may exist under the CPA for customized goods and services, which can include custom web development projects.

To ensure transparency and manage expectations, we follow these principles:

  1. We will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and fees before any work begins. This proposal will be a binding contract between us.

  2. We will hold regular communication channels open throughout the project, including progress reports and opportunities for your feedback.

  3. We offer revision cycles within the agreed-upon scope to address any adjustments you may have.

  4. We encourage you to carefully review our proposal and ask any questions you may have before committing to the project. We recommend having a clear understanding of the project scope and deliverables to avoid any misunderstandings.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding the project deliverables or our services, we will work diligently to find a mutually agreeable solution. This may involve additional revisions within the agreed-upon scope or alternative solutions.

We recommend clear communication and outlining of expectations upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.
